As a recovering anorexic i can say this man GETS IT. Amazing. Brings tears to my eyes even though its upbeat.

@@walkingthenarrowpath55 years old the damn beautiful man is. And I just turned 40. Wonderful to know not only can these feelings stay, but they can get stronger. Saw Ted Friday (10/25), arguably best thing I've ever done 😻

Omg, I never thought I'd hear this again! This was one of the few default songs on an old MP3 player I had several years ago. I never listened to it past the first few words lol, but that riff in the beginning clicks in my head and I immediately recognize it~

Yeah I lost all my old MP3s several years back (must have had close to 10,000 songs) but I luckily discovered this on YT yesterday, had forgotten all about it.

is the irony of singing a song about eating disorders above a pizza joint obvious to anyone else?

Why is people sharing all their unrequested eating disorders? And not saying about how much the lyrics describe living at this late times as what is this existencial dread and not losing hope. So many years later this song still an anthem. Just like I knew when I was 18.
