This is a Kundalini Yoga Flow about how to detox your kidneys naturally through yoga! Yes, you can use yoga as a way to help prevent or manage kidney health or kidney stone problems. This Kundalini full yoga class is for all levels, including Beginners (it's exactly 35 minutes and totally free). Details on this specific Kriya: This Kundalini Yoga Kriya stimulates the kidneys by balancing the lower three chakras, strengthening the navel point, and opening the pelvic area. It creates a flow of energy between the spine and first three chakras. This opens a relationship between the navel center and the heart. As you perfect this Kriya, you will cultivate a sense of stability because this set promotes a strong base in the lower triangle of the body.

This was my first time doing Kundalini Yoga... and it was quite an experience! I go through challenging times with PTSD (that I am having since 28 years and only found out some months ago what bothered me throughout my life) and five months without employment, I often experience intense, crippling, and sometimes even paralysing emotions... and doing this practice actually made me laugh with joy and liftened my mood quite considerably. I'm keen on exploring your other classes, Kundalini Yoga seems to be quite promising for people who feel depressed!

Really enjoyed this practice felt energy flowing through my body afterwards! Having mantras or soft music would have enhanced my experience, and for those not as in tune with their body it would be good to have our awareness and energy directed to the kidneys throughout and connect to them first at the start of the practice. thx for this very important set for the kidneys, can you pls contact the communities for the kidney patients, im sure this is a great way to build up the strength after kidney breakdown that I did suffer from,- this has been a great eyeopener to get back the trust in selfhealing. Kidney fatigue is a terrible syndrom because it take away your will power , and self-esteem , but this kind of workout gives back the psyche and body a self empowering. I am so excited to try this..I've had 2 incidents in the last 5 weeks..of possibly passing a stone..so painful..but I haven't seen a stone come out..But it's definitely from my kidneys..especially my right side.🙏

wow been in the er twic e for kidney pain in 12 day i saw your video thought i couldnt do it, woke up today did it with only 3 short rests, and i feel great. i love you for creating and sharing this video the meditation was nice thank you my first yoga experience and i feel a strange increase in strength where i felt weak just a few hours ago. blessings.

I cannot tell you what an experience I had doing this session. Been having kidney problems for 2 years. I do cleanses and take all kinds of natural remedies. I was feeling really bogged down from a recent cleanse because I didn't exercise much while doing it. Today I was feeling horrible so I pushed myself to do a few quick workout videos. Then for some reason I felt like searching for yoga for kidneys (a download I guess). This was beyond AMAZING!!!! My vibration is def higher than before the video. They say kidney problems are related to anger.....and I think grief? I could be wrong on the last one.....boy did some stuff come up during this session! Thank you so much for sharing Kundalini. I am in love.

Uau, over the last year i have been generally more devoted to my yoga (particularly at least one time a day mediation), some chi gong, and different asanas periodically. Well today during this practice at times my hands were trembeling, shaking, towards the end of the first pose, during the crow pose and when I put my hands to the third eye in the prayerful part :o ! Pretty wild. sort of orgasmic, but definietly in a different category. I guess something was flowing!! Thanks for your teaching

last night, I did this after work. I usually work out, but was too tired for my usual workout. After this yoga practice, I felt like I had a four hour nap, and was able to enjoy my evening and recharge before bed.

Loved that so much apart from the horrible clicking in my knee/hamstring attachment during the kick butt sequence 😮don’t know what that was and on both legs🤔 thanks again

That was very interesting!! 35 min felt like 20 maximum. Looking forward to see if it will make a change for my body. Will try it for few weeks!
