Wow, I started doing this yesterday and I must say, I felt a shift. I began speaking up and sharing my feelings vs keeping them to myself. As I spoke my truth I even cried, because I had coping mechanisms that I would act upon but I would never speak up and address the reasons behind my actions. Not until today 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 thank u!

I’m new to kundalini yoga and you’re the person who introduced me to this. I did the beginner's practice yesterday and expected it to not be challenging😂 but boy was I wrong. However, I loved how *this* practice was all about really powerfully moving energy around, and more. I like this video - thank you Brett xx I did it yesterday along with other kriyas and proceeded to feel out of balance / emotional / low in mood and energy....any thoughts? What does it mean when we feel low level energies after a yoga practice?

Hmm, maybe the kriyas you did were not compatible with one another? Perhaps try to do vinyasa, hatha, yin, or restorative with your kundalini next time and see how you feel.

This was a nice practice for this morning. The first kriya was a challenge, but I continued with Sat Nam and remembered how different I would feel after completion. I was not disappointed! Although my mind wandered at time, I didn't judge myself. That is a big one for me as I seem to be my own worst critic. I am grateful to have found Kundalini and you, Brett. I am so sorry to hear of your father's passing. I lost mine a few years back. My daily practiced assisted me with my grief. I pray your practices assists you with yours as well. Many blessings!
