Llevo apenas un par de semanas practicando con ustedes y han pasado cosas insólitas, sobre todo lo que tiene que ver con hacer consciencia, es cuando más me he sentido conectada conmigo misma. Me resulta muy amorosa la manera en que conducen las prácticas y eso me ayuda a sentirme en confianza y entregarme a la práctica. Enhorabuena y muchas gracias. 🇲🇽

Thanks Andrew, as always a great class. 🙏🏼 For the mantra I would have liked subtitles though. It was quite fast and hard if you are not familiar with it.

Great class, loved the minimal talk nice flow, also enjoy the teaching aspect of what the exercise does for the body ect. 😊

I mean in other classes, when it's explained this is great for detox, ect. Both is good, if one is in a focussed fast class, or a slower education class, or beginner class explaining how to do the exercises, in my case I know most of the poses, holds, breath ect.

As I am making my way through my back recovery ❤️🩹 process, following your advise to focus on pranayama, so modifying all the back bending poses.
