This is probably my favorite practice that I just so happened to stumble upon. I have been a daily practitioner of kundalini yoga for almost a year and I felt incredible during this practice. I would appreciate more time after each exercise to hold root lock, and a few more breaths in between. Thank you so much for this! I consider it a gift that it’s free and on KZbin! Sat nam

Hi. I loved this practice! I been focused ona ashtanga and mysore practice for long and hadnt tried kubdalini practice in years. The idea i had of it based on early approached doesnt resonante to the experience i just had following this guided video. While I loved this kriya, hit all of the chakras which felt amazing, I did find that the transition between each movement was quick and not fluid. I would have liked another moment or two to notice the affect of the exercise before moving on. Wonderful way to begin the day. Sat Nam~

Sat Nam Anna ~ it's actually called Kriya for Morning Sadhana! I can't remember the timer i was using as I have a new phone now but i chose the Meditation ring tone..!
