A scammer, just like her so-called guru Yogi Bhajan, and now she’s partnering with Guru Singh as if using the name ‘Guru’ will save them both. Nothing they practice or teach is authentic. People, please wake up. Back in the 1970s, many authentic yoga gurus and Sikh gurus warned about this, but no one listened because everyone was searching for Nirvana. Now the world has realized how fake Yogi Bhajan was. This woman is just trying to save her business and rebrand by pushing the narrative that Yogi Bhajan was wrong, but not his teachings. Neither she nor Guru Singh know anything about real yoga. Don’t waste your hard-earned money on their fake products. Your money goes toward fancy manuals and advertising to scam more people. She shamelessly sells Sikhism and Hinduism with zero knowledge

Thank you Brett! This was such a amazing and powerful kundalini class for the spine I loved every second of it! Definitely adding it to my favorite playlist and I will be coming back to this one a lot! I wanted to tell you that I have been doing one of your 15min kundalini classes everyday for the past 1-2 weeks now and I have been feeling so great everyday! My spine has been having less pain compared to when I was doing regular lower back pain yoga classes 4-5 days a week and kundalini only 2-3 days. Now I am doing kundalini everyday for a change and it has been better for my spine and spirts :) Just wanted to share how much your classes have been helping me these past few weeks so much. Thank you for being such an amazing and supportive teacher Brett! ❤🙏

Amazing, thank you so much! I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my wrists and lower spine. This has helped me tremendously ❤ When I do yoga and meditation it helps me eat healthy. So I'm glad I have the chance to watch your videos and feel empowered to keep going and help myself grow and become better ❤

Just tried this today and it was great. I have serious degenerative discs in my back and neck and woke up in a lot of pain today and after doing this I felt much better. If I could suggest that you explain some moves for folks on a chair - especially the cat/cow - as I cannot make it to the floor right now...Thanks much!

Love your videos… I have spinal stenosis and spondylolisthesis, 73 years old. No intense symptoms now and I think this practice is mild enough for me. Just can’t do downward dog or deep forward bends. Thank you! 🥰
