You should do minimum 40 to 50 counts. Maximum upto your capacity.

Shramta ke anusar kar sakte ho bhai beginner ho toh 50 se 60 kar loge Aur agar khumbhak se sath karegi toh 50 had se zada h kar 1.5 se 2 minute taq rokna h

Heel touch nahi ho raha he kyuki Hamstrings tight he. Isme time lagega. Knees ko thoda bend karlo. Heel touch ho jayega

Do little leg warm ups before Hanuman Dand. During Dand you can place a folded towel below your knees

Only do if it's a muscles pain and not tendon cuz it means u are rupturing your rotator cuffs. I did dand and one mrng i damaged both so keep an extra eye on it
