The Ultimate Party Jollof Recipe. Cook With Me!

Well hello there! The holidays are upon us and it is the season to be jolly! Jolly and Jollof don’t rhyme for nothing oo! So this holiday season you need to be well armed with a great party Jollof recipe and yes, I got you! Come along and cook with me💕
Ingredients:
1.5 lb tomato paste
7lb goat meat
6 large red onions
10 shallots
About 2.5 cups cooking oil
1 large Cabbage
19 Large tomatoes
2 green bell peppers
3 yellow bell peppers
2 res bell peppers
1 Large orange bell
2 Scotch bonnet
4 large Carrots
1 lb pack frozen Corn, peas and green beans
1 teaspoon Anise
2 Calabash nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
4 teaspoons Curry powder.
1 teaspoon Coriander
4 Bay leaf
3 sprigs of Oregano
1 long of sprig of Rosemary
2 sprigs of Basil
1 tablespoon Better than Boulion
1 tablespoon blended ginger
4 blended garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups basmati rice
5 cups long grain jasmine rice
Salt to taste.

I wish I had the opportunity of sitting in that backyard with the lovely weather and taste this very goat meat jollof rice and I will make a conclusion in my mind.
