How do you overcome procrastination to increase your overall productivity? In our fast-paced world, there’s one thing we all have in common: stress. The longer your to-do list gets, the more pressure you’re going to feel, and that can derail your productivity and end your momentum.
Today, I’m going to peel back the layers that go into this universal struggle and introduce philosophies and techniques that have withstood the test of time. These powerful practices will help you overcome procrastination so you can get more done.
No matter how productive you are, there are times when obstacles will disrupt your progress. This can cause poor performance and stagnation, which leads to self-blame and regret. Listen in as I go over seven gentle but powerful techniques that have the potential to transform your approach to not only your productivity, but your life.

1) Kaizen (small improvements everyday) 2) Shinrin yoku (connecting with nature) 3) Ikigai (reason for being) 4) Wabi sabi (celebrating imperfections) 5) Shoshin (embracing the beginners' mindset) 6)Hara hachi bu (eat till you're 80% full) 7) Ganbaru (doing your best; patience;unwavering perseverance)

1) I try but often fail 2) I want to but it's not really possible outside of a zoo 3) too many and too little 4) parts of me get it, but most of me wants everything and everyone to be perfect somehow 🤔 5) I'm always at a beginners mode because I've been missing some screws for a long time and constantly confused about most things 😓 6) THIS! chit can't really be done. I got a an angry mob of feminist land whalers living inside that want me to feed them constantly and I somehow justify it because I'm not physically looking out of shape 😒 7) I usually always try my best and most times I end up doing the worst somehow, and my mind's usually all over the place... There's so much work and too little time, not enough energy, and plenty of focus issues and I'm craving some mashed potatoes with gravy and a rack of juicy ribs, some corn bread loaded with butter, some fried chicken, fried catfish, and hot bowl of pho, and the best quality steaks because these munchies are REAL! And I'm too lit to feel like ordering anything or do anything 😓

In my country, France, we would never use the word "productivity" to talk about someone life. It's purely and only used for work, particularly industrial places ( but not only). In your free time, you certainly don't need to be productive. Just enjoy life and people.

IN A NUTSHELL 1. Kaizen - Small improvements lead to big changes (1% increase per day) | Tint consistent steps 2. Shinrin Yoku (Nature’s healing touch) --- Shinrin means Forest | Yoku means Bath 3. Ikigai --- Four rules of Ikigai are as below a. Do what you love (Passion - What you love + what you are good at) b. Do what you are good at (Profession - What you are good at + what you can be paid for) c. Do what the world needs (Mission - what you love + what the world needs) d. Do what you could be paid for (Vocation - What you can be paid for + what the world needs) 4. Wabi Sabi - Imperfection is celebrated (No need to wait for the perfect timing, just start) 5. Shoshin - Embracing the beginners’ mindset (Your mind is like a parachute; it will work only when it is opened) 6. Hara Hachi Bu - (Filling your stomach only 80% rather than to feel lethargic having overeaten) 7. Ganbaru - The spirit of doing your best (Patience, Perseverance, Tenacity, Commitment to Excellence, Consistency)
