Nexito 10 mg & I keep clonaz for urgent cases. I am having nerve pain in chest and neck area sometimes. Is it due to vitamin B deficiency or the head injury. My MRI & scans shows normal. But the pain still remains on back side of the head where I was hit numerous times by a some guys. Thank you for blessing with your advises. Your biggest fan Love from Nepal 🇳🇵 ❤

@@nikhilarora5344 You're right. Its not the actual multi tasking we/our brain is doing, rather it is time sharing. Same concept is used in Operating systems where we talk about multi tasking but with a single CPU, it does always one task but the switch between processes is so fast that we can't realize and we think it is doing multi tasking. For multi tasking to happen, there should be multi processors(analogous to having multiple brains). With single brain, at any point in time, one thing can be done. Apologies if I am wrong...

It took 17years to me to figure out that cause of all these bullshit sicknesses is concerntation. I practiced , forced myself to too hard finally I could rewire my brain and completely got rid of all my mental issues . @AMILAL10004 жыл бұрын
@@medstudent.5645 first u need to understand the theory behind all these bad things among us . It's about the wrong program which we made unconsciously during our Life Time. In order to change it for better, we need rewrite the bad program in us to a better one. There are 3ways to do that Hypnosis Brain shock treatment (I am not really familiar with) Or being on the present moment. I chosed "being on present moment" Need to stay every second on the present moment and make mistakes Right day today life while being positive . Should never let your mind travels in to past or future if it's not necessary for just a moment in case. You won't get resalt over night , coz there's a bad program that already chronicled in side you which needs to be replaced by a New one. So u need to stick with that practice for awhile. Think we have 24hours per day , we sleep at least 7hours then do the math , we got 17hours usually we stay awake. During this 17hours u need to stay on the present moment positively as much as you can to rewrite the program. The time is depending on how long u can do it. Our old program is very solid and like a railway track that keeps the train runs on it. So it will always pull u back in to thy track when u feel negative and lost your emotions always . So what u basically do is making a strong solid program just like a different rail track within you. Successful people also did the same thing but not knowing this secret . I hope this information would helps.

Well, one must breathe all the time, why not focus upon your breathing even just for a few minutes per day, especially in the morning. Feel the breath going in and out at the tip of the nose, notice when the mind drifts away, bring it back and think of nothing but the breathing itself, always coming back after drifting. Do that for 5 or 10 minutes each morning and you will find that you are able to apply that to any task. Thank you Jim and Dandapani for sharing, love you guys!

This is very helpful to me. I suffer from OCD and my therapist once told me that "the mind is tree a full of monkeys; some are sad, some are happy, some are fighting, and some are throwing shit all over the place." You take this metaphor and you marry it with Dandapani's, and it in a way it all makes sense. You can't control your thoughts, but you can control what you do about them. I once heard that a big reason why people cant meditate, and profoundly refuse to, is solely because once they close their eye, the notice how "crazy" they are in terms of the vast thoughts, images, short/long stories that come to play. The point is at the moment not to run away, but to run towards. You do this, one step at a time, and the more you practice, the bigger and better each step feels. Thank you Dandapani, the state of Maine loves you and so do I.

I tinker with Python programming, I always start off with small projects, to start the way to finish, completely much bigger Python projects, and I just simply watch the hours flash by, while in deep thought; plotting and planning my project to a working, finished wonder. Learn what you aspire to become, and let the inspiration take you there. Nothing is ever free. Hard work is the only key. Because if you truly enjoy what you are doing, then it won't be hard work at all. Sometimes it's challenging, but you wouldn't want it any other way. To achieve anything, you must first of all things. You must believe in yourself and follow your heart. Use your brain, but always feel it in your heart first, or it simply won't work. Turn concentration into ponder. That's simply how I achieve that level to be able to start something and complete it, no matter how much time it takes to tinker away at it. I will always finish what I start. Because to me, computer science is what triggers my ability to sit for hours and think, plot and plan my project from start to finish...

- Life isn't short but it is finite - if I want to look back on my life and be able to say that it was amazing I need to learn how to be present in the moment -> learn how to concentrate! - There is the mind and there is awareness ○ Awareness travels to different areas of the mind (think of it as a "ball of light" ○ The mind doesn't move, it's awareness that travels ○ Your goal: control awareness ○ Concentration: ability hold awareness in a certain area of the mind - Things we can do - Focus on doing ONE THING AT THE TIME ○ Start bit by bit, it's a mental muscle that you need to build day by day - For example, give your spouse undivided attention for two hours a day - Instead, we just practice being distracted all-day - Have empathy, patience and compassion with yourself while you're working on building concentration, it will be worth it! ○ The rewards are far greater than the effort put into it - Truly experience the moments in your life

I came to KZbin to learn how to trade after listening to a guy on radio talk about the importance of investing and how he made $460,000 in 4 months from $160k. Somehow this video has helped shed light on some things, but I'm confused, I'm a newbie and I'm open to ideas.

It is also possible to produce superior performance provided you do something different from the majority. However, most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market than to the cost of proper diversification

Having monitored my portfolio performance which has made a jaw dropping from $360k just the past two quarters alone, I have learned why experienced traders makes enormous returns from the seemingly unknown market.

Interesting. I have a lump sum of cash doing absolutely nothing at all in my bank account, I wanna get something started with it. You seem to be doing excellent for yourself, how did you achieve this?

Exactly, the trick is to diversify your investment, don't panic when everyone else do and invest consistently

It’s so sad when we are trying to learn to concentrate and do one thing at a time . One of our job scope is “ able to multitask “ 😞

There are many things I need to work on, but one thing is focusing on what I am reading! I get so distracted while reading, how fast am I reading, I have to get through this book, am I reading correctly, how can I read faster etc., etc. I focus on all things related to reading except the very thing I am reading, funny, talking about Monkey Mind!! Loved the podcast, thank you for being there!

I’m going to concentrate whenever I’m reading a book/watching my daily videos like this one I just watched, going to concentrate in the studio when making music, going to concentrate when I’m on the charts and also go to concentrate when with family and friends and doing my chores at home 🏡

My daughter needs to concentrate in her study but she couldn't. I just removed her phone and her pc and she only can take them back when the task had been accomplished and well done. Sometimes all we need is a "higher power" to help us to remove us from distraction. Now if she wants to learn to concentrate with meditation is up to her.

I think the example of focusing or concentrating on talking with a person without distraction ..is for the new generation who can't leave the phone even when they talk to friends. But with the old generation like me ..we spent our lives in talking without benefit hahaha ..I think practicing on reading ...or exercise or solving maths problems for 10 min first ...then increasing to 20 min ...and so on should work. I will try it. Thank you guys
