Sir big fan, In one short you explained 100g of daily protein as a sum of various food like soy, dairy products and etc. I think that chapati is an underrated source of protein (infact it has fibre which is also good).One medium chapati has 3-4 g of protein If I have 8-9 rotees in a day with soy, curd, and milk etc I am already leading the RDA value of protein (I am still 17). Where ever I read or hear about daily protein intakes or protein amounts in diff foods, I have never heard of roti . With 8-9 roti in one day I get around 28 g of protein and keep in the fact I have a lot of curd and milk. paneer or soy or atleast dal is in my daily diet.

Bro roti has incomplete protein, plus it is plant source so it's bioavailability is also low. Don't count on it as a major protein source, aim to have at least 70% of of total protein goal from quality protein sources

You lack mitochondrias,you must add 20 gms of them in your daily routine😅...fact is that they found in every cell of an organ in a required numbers and they biochemically store and produce energy in the form of ATP and whenever energy required it utilizes... it's biochemistry of cell and body...if you feel tired that means your glucose utilisation is poor which is related to metabolic insufficiency.

I feel all the time that i dont have energy. But I am not lazy I am very hardworking and responsible person. When I drag myself in work out and gym, yoga next day There will be cramp or some kind of small injuries On my body. Please undestand ur body dont push it when you are not feeling energetic.
