You can have my portion of it. I found her and most of the 80's pop stars to be all but insufferable. Fortunately she grew out of it. I'm sorry, but the absence of tattoos, AutoTune and inmodest behavior is no more a sign of quality than having any or all of those qualities. I listen to the actual music, and I'm sorry, but it just doesn't work for me. She sounded just like every single other artist who SAW were involved with. It's assembly-line music by committee at its worst.

I have a 7” vinyl Mushroom version of it that took FOREVER to track down back in the day. LOVE the cover art! I think it was intended for Aus and NZ, but only ended up getting the NZ release. There’s a 12” vinyl I’ve seen as well. Never did get my hands on it though ☹️

It was released in Australia and pulled on the same day, so that “Hand On Your Heart” could be released at the same time as the UK. 7”, 12”, cassette and CD singles were pressed, distributed and in some cases, accidentally placed on shelves by stores, meaning copies were erroneously sold to customers. It’s why there was a video made. The Australian sleeve art also had photos from the video.
