@Abhinav Srivastava I would say increase your cardio or decrease 100 calories , if your already eating low calories. I may assume your tracking your calories wrong , some problem with measurements. Make sure you track your vegetables and sauces too.

I tried calorie deficit and it worked, i lost 4-5kgs but after that my stomach got short and I suffered constipation at that time

Question: I have not been going to gym regularly but whenever i go for 5-6 weeks continuously, i feel my lifting capacity is much lesser in biceps than chest , shoulder, back and legs. Also, i feel less growth in biceps less than these muscles. Any suggestions?

how to get gains after a point body stops developing muscle(or hits a plateau)?.I was 50 kg now I am 73 over a time of 2.5 yr(not consistent training due to exams and other things).I wants to gain muscle but now whenever I start gaining it become more bulky and starts storing more fat.Its like I don't see any increase in mass.before trains I was skinny and have abs and now they are gone too.Any solution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't understand what you said, but I have been taking CLA 1250, 2 pills twice a day fỏr the last 3 weeks. and every day my sweat drip drop non stop wo exercise. While mine family members are feeling normal. I'm not sure it's normal for a 40+!!

Hello Sir! 17 saal ka hu aur fat loss karna chahta hu isiliye l carnitinel tartrate lena chahta hu. Par main whey protein nahi leta hu kyuki main already bulked up hu aur zyada bulk nahi karna chahta. Kya l carnitine l tartrate ko main without whey protein ya with a natural source of whey protein le sakta hu??? Please bataiyega sir. Aapke videos mujhe bohot help karte hain.

Oh man first of all l-carnitine transport fatty acids to cells where mitochondria burn them for energy ,l carnitine dont use carbs .but the connection with carbs is carnitine needs more insulin to be stored into muscles and carbs spike insulin and when u take carnitine after eating 30-40 grams carbs then its stored well in muscles to do its works which is to use fatty acids for energy.and i am running gym for 25 years and it always work best pre workout in my experience,also good in morning.some times after a very intense workout there's a feeling to vomit with l carnitine it never happens and ur cardio stamina improves with it in my experience.and cla is harsh on liver and most guys i worked with who are fatty and wants to reduce fat has some kind of fatty liver and cla worsens it so also keep this in mind. And heavy and light weights is vast topic.hav to undertand this with experiece than mere science.i worked with both powerlifters and bodybuilders and wrestlers who competed at tounaments and what i believe is heavy weight do works and training a whole body part 2-3 times a week may be bad but training a single movement 3-4 times is good for example bench press or clean and jerk.it gains strength and with it size too.

!!!!!!!!! Carbs muscle mein drive hone ke baad fat kam.hogi.kunki wo store ni hoge ye kon sa formula lagaya hai. Dost glucose pwhle glycogen mein convert hota hai fir atp mein aur ye jaada liver mein store hota hai muscle ke muqable mein aur unused ko liver fattty acids mein convert kar deta jo ki purii body mein disribute hota hai .

In a Single day 8 whole egss or 4 egg whites khata hu sir but ghr wale always says your cholesterol will increase which problems you in the future.Sir do you suggest how may whole eggs should we take in a day.While im doing heavyweight training at about 85kgs of bodyweight.

Caloric deficit is the best fat burner 😎 They will sure work but only 0.001% difference for at least 1000 rupees per month

Sir i m getting consumed because there are 2 types muscle fibers... Type 1 which is slow twitch but uh said it generates more force. Type 2 are classified into A and B And they generates more forces but for shorter duration whereas slow twitch generates less energy but for longer duration.

Akshay Chopra has Got Prblm with everything and then He will be Promoting Shilajit. I Have Been on Fat Loss 4 Times in my life and Carnitine is Helping me This Time Significantly. Though i am also on a Caloric Deficit and an Intermittant Fasting Routine but carnitine has DEFINITELY catalysed my Fat Loss.

@@manishhh568 Bro Have Read Researches, They Clearly Say Carnitine is NOT EFFECTIVE on Fat loss when added in someone's Routine. However, They just add carnitine and DO NOT Add Any Caloric Deficit, Workout or Caffiene to get the Accurate results of Carnitine Specifically. It is not a Hardcore Fat Destroyer as they say about Yohimbine or Ephedra but I Have Tried this Twice and It Helps In fat loss. Infact Right now i am Taking L Carnitine L Tartarate as I Have Gained Hell Lot of Weight During Lockdown. I am Following IF and Maintaining a Deficit of around 400 Calories and I Have had a Very Smooth and Easy Metabolic Shift. I Don't Have to Deal with Cravings, My Muscle Mind Connection is Top Notch, I am focused During my workout and my performance is Increasing. You May call it an effect of my routine but again, i have tried very same routine earlier without Carnitine and had a Hard Time Adjusting, Got Less results, was always Hungry and Cranky. And Ofcourse, This is My Take, Everyone's Body is Different.
