chapter於2023年5月在ifc mall開業，結合烘焙店、小酒吧及餐廳三個元素，設計雅緻，是一間營造出輕鬆氣氛的歐陸風格餐廳。自然柔和的色彩，簡約大氣的陳設，全店落地大窗，坐在窗口可欣賞著開揚景色。門口琳瑯滿目的麵包和沙律櫃台，以及現場的烘焙製作也令人賞心悅目，來往遊客紛紛駐足。餐單選擇頗多，由日到晚供應每日匠心炮制的麵包、三文治、新鮮沙律、精選海鮮、扒類、手製意粉、精緻甜品等，是城中美食打卡和悠閒小酌的必去之處。
李純恩今集帶大家品嚐燒加拿大天然斧頭豬扒、燒龍蝦意大利飯、黑松露蘑菇汁手製闊條麵、年輪酥、開心果千層酥，及法式蘋果批。
Opened in May of 2023, chapter is a new dawn-to-dusk pit stop with nourishing food for real indulgence at the ifc mall. Featuring European cuisine, chapter consists of a dining hall, a bar corner and a bakery counter all adorned with soothing colour and natural materials to create a unique warm and cozy ambience.
You can expect to have a wide array of freshly baked delectable pastry, artisanal sandwiches and healthy salad choices at the bakery counter, and exquisite dishes ranging from seafood, handmade pasta to steaks and desserts in the dining hall. chapter offers dine-in enjoyment for all breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner with dedicated menus for different appetites throughout the day. With a selection of carefully picked wines, beers and homemade mixed drinks, the bar corner is definitely a new destination for an afternoon or after-work relaxing moment.
In this episode, Li Chun Yan invites us to savor Grilled Canadian Natural Pork Tomahawk, Grilled Lobster Risotto, Handmade Fettuccine with Black Truffle and Mushroom Cream, Croissant Log, Pistachio Mille Feuille and Apple Tatin.
