LA County and Los Angeles Vaccine Verification By An Employment Lawyer | Vaccine Proof

Going out? LA County and the City of LA both impose new vaccine verification rules, starting October 7. Our employment lawyer, Alysha Zapata, Esq., explains the new proof of vaccination requirements (vaccination verification) at indoor and outdoor establishments.
On September 17, 2021, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (LACDPH) announced a public health order requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all on-site employees and visitors at indoor bars, breweries, wineries, distilleries, nightclubs, and lounges throughout the entire LA county. Patrons who do not provide proof of vaccination may still be served in outside areas or enter the indoor portion for pick up or delivery.
Prioritized Indoor Seating for patrons 12 years and older (Vaccinated patrons will get prioritized seating)
* 10/7 ~ 11/3: Must show proof of ONE dose of COVID-19 vaccination
* 11/4/2021 and on: Must show proof of FULL vaccination status
