Been to that garbet mine, only reason they are fractured so bad is while blasting they used way too much and destroyed everything.

Hey I just finished your video and I’m itching to go up north n find lab & the garnets! I’m from the FINGERLAKES area in NewYork. I mine Herkimer diamonds in the summer and have this one spot I go rockhounding n find all sorts of awesome pieces!

You probably already know this but you can outwit the auto-focus function by using the palm of your hand. Cup the rock in your palm and then point the camera.

I'm considering taking my kids to the Barton garnnet mine. Is it something you'd recommend . We live in the capital region any good place you could recommend would be appreciated
@Brian_the_Rockhound6 ай бұрын
Ausible chasm in Keene for labradorite, Barton is good for garnets. That whole area is. Richard hill is loaded with fossils. Ilion gorge for travertine. Any of the hero mines. There’s a lot of stuff depending how far u are willing to day trip.

Like the video, but please get rid of that background music. I had to stop watching because it was driving me nuts.

I have in all of the news videos. That's a few mths old I try to take everyone's feedback as positive criticism to help evolve my way of editing them. I appreciate the feedback for sure.

That repetitive music is too annoying to watch your video and listen to what you say
