Thanks for the nice, clear, UNHURRIED instructions. I have a broken ankle and a monstrous fracture boot to keep the bones from wandering. How long, generally, does someone have to wear the boot before they can switch to this far more convenient product?

Talk to your doctor but typically fractures take 4-8 weeks to heal then a ankle brace

Usually a dorsal night splint along with a stretching and strengthening program will work best for that. Possibly also custom orthotics or decent insoles. Ankle braces not so much. At my clinic if people are having a really bad case of plantar fasciitis the doctor may put them in a orthopedic walking boot for a while to let it calm down.
