You can have Lae'zel sleep with Shadowheart during the Celebration in act 1, though neither one will EVER mention it again, and there's no scene for it. If you talk to Shadowheart (who is drunk by then) then switch to her and talk to Lae'zel during the party, she will suggest sharing a bed, and the option to say 'I can't believe you're asking me that, and I can't believe I'm going to say yes.." pops up, which I'm pretty sure is unique to Shadowheart, but you must talk to both first. I confirmed this by talking to her as my player character, and asked Lae'zel to sleep with me, then talking to her as Shadowheart, and giving that 'I can't believe I'm going to say yes" option cancelled out the sex scene I would normally have with Lae'zel, even though she already said yes to it. I realoaded, and without that interaction, I sleep with Lae'zel, implying that she was 'busy' with Shadowheart.
