Stubbornness is only a good trait when you win. But lets be real. Lakers need to stop paying 2 players 50% of the whole salary cap. If you want a well balanced team, pay the role players what they deserve.

@Peter-hz3vs Yeah, get rid of AD and LeBron. I'm not saying they aren't good players, but they aren't worth half the salary. AD is phenomenal when he's on, but he's too inconsistent. LeBron is still really good but he is not the primary player anymore. LeBron does not deserve 50 mil a year now. He's still a great number 2. But one ring isn't enough for how much the Lakers spent on him. Its time to start over Edit: Rondo and Dwight were paid the veteran minimum and anyone who knows basketball at all know that they outplayed their salary 5 times over.

Ham gtg. Media got their opinions but none of them are observing Lakers games from start to finish from October to the end of the season so their opinions are only based off primetime matchups. It took Ham most of the season to stop starting Cam Reddish, a good defender, but horrible shooter and it’s no coincidence one the starting 5 changed they went in a run. That only and the team isn’t in the play-in. These poor roster decisions/rotations are only part of his flaws. Dude refuses to call timeouts to reset the team and stop opponents momentum.
