My father was your father's follower of yogha ... I'm still having books of your father asana andiappan.....different yogha poses with their benefits......my father advised me to do yogha daily.....my father is no more.....but still he lives in my heart....i wish to know asana andiappan sir age......best wishes

Hello mam...first time I saw your vedio....blood circulation yoga...very inspiring and useful mam... Actually my weight is 85 & my height is 5.3 only I am doing regular walking & jogging with in my capacity....and also doing basic yoga like pranayama. I have some health issue like chronic gastric & indigenous problem and also mild BP....my age is 36 almost I am spending 1 hr for exercise and some physical activity.....I kindly request you to suggest some yoga exercise to reduce gastric & indigenous problems and also for reducing BP & stress.
