The best of this video is seeing Chris Adler again in a Lamb of God video. Don't get me wrong, Art has been doing an AMAZING job but Chris Adler is the reason why I started to listen Lamb of God

The intro to " Remorse is for the dead " got me into LOG. Especially the slow groove at the beginning. Chris Adler has his own sound and style. He is precise with his chops yet he is one of the grooviest drummers of all time.

Yesss. Ashes of the wake is my favorite metal album of all time. God bless my older cousin who was a numetal head, chain wallet, goateee, lip ring, all that. He introduced me to so many dope bands and gave me a bc rich bass guitar when i said i wanted to learn. Unfortunately, he died due to "covid". Cant listen to this album and not this of cuz! Rest in peace!

They were so hungry, patriotic and powerful back then. The best of LOG really was from about 2003 until 2009. You can argue they put out some good music since but as a cohesive unit that took off where Pantera finished - that timeframe was their best
