Very nicely done. I love that Hiro is so honest about his cooking. I've seen maybe two dishes that he was not thrilled about. Some he likes, but watch his face and you know when it is exceptional, which is very often with him!

The moment I saw Hiro picked up the sushi/sashimi and looked at it for about a second or so....I had a feeling he noticed something. I sorta saw him hesitated a little bit...but took a bite anyways. Good man. Didn't say anything about it....just chewed, kept his mouth shut and swallowed......That shows respect. Don't get me wrong....the spread looks amazing. I'd probably love it. The Thai Esan chef did a wonderful job.

It doesn't happen to me often, when a chef makes food, that i can taste through the TV. I cook most things Hiro cooks, I learn from Hiro, and my personal diet has gone into another universe, and love for food. If i had the choice of only watching one TV program in life. Hiro's video's will do what no life- coach or guru can do. Simply the best human being that has ever cooked in history! Word! Dubbel xXXBjuudifullXXx

I can already imagine the flavor already, the sweet from the honey and the sweet and sour citrus from the orange balance the saltiness from the caviar, and the texture seem similar i would bet, not a sushi guy here but I'm guessing the texture and flavor work really well here.
