Dosage:
Exercise #1: Pyramidal muscle stretch (or piriformis is the same thing). Hold the tension 6 seconds then release. Do 10 repetitions.
Exercise n°2 : Stretching the Iliac muscle requires stretching the Psoas Iliac group. Hold the tension for 6 seconds then release. Do 10 repetitions.
Exercise 3: Rollover exercise. Do a minimum of 5 movements. The important thing is to look for fluidity of movement with a leg induction and then with an arm induction.
Exercise n°4: Exercise of rocking the legs. Practice for 2 to 3 minutes or more if you enjoy the exercise ;). I invite you to play with the bending of the hips and to feel what happens in the pelvis.
