I can't get to the store due to a disability, so it really helps to watch your grocery hauls from Kroger. I make a very detailed list for my son to shop. Some of the deals I would not be aware of if it wasn't for your channel. Thank you so much for what you do.

Counting my grandma, there was 10 of us living in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom. Mother made our breads. Cinnamon rolls etc by scratch. My parents and grandma have been gone 10+ now. But I have never forget how to budget and make my money stretch. But I was able to retire debt free. Now that’s a great feeling! I love your videos and your children are great kids❣️

I have been waiting for this video. I have a kroger a mile from my house and never go there but you motivated me to check it out. I did get the butter, progresso soup, icecream, clearance ribs, bacon, cheese, shaved beef, sale beverages that make my kids happy. I saved $48.35 and spent $87.27 not bad for my first time doing the kroger deals. Thank you Janice!

Plus if you shop on Fridays and load the four times the gas points which is what we have going on in Illinois saves towards gas. For a while we had two times the gas points if you shopped Friday Saturday Sunday

@@debbieframpton3857 Thank you I didn't know that! Kroger is all new to me I always thought Kroger was expensive I usually shop aldi, walmart, grocery outlet and Sams club but you can get good deals at kroger but you need to go in just to get the good deals and get out.

Janice, next time you are in your dollar tree you need to look for the ball wooden lids. There are 5 in a box and they fit small mouth jars. Great for storing spices and other dry goods.

We bought a new storage cabinet and stocked up on things we use. There’s just my husband and I but I want him home if there’s craziness after the election as well. Our butter in western PA has not been on sale fora long time. We used up our supply so have to buy a box or two. You got great sales this week at Kroger. Unfortunately, none in my area. I have that same little sealing gadget. I use it all the time for sealing pantry staples. My daughter is on Keto and we seal of many of the things that she uses on that diet. It's one of those "gadgets" that you wonder how you managed without it!

I love watching your videos because I have the exact same stores (except 10box) and my stores are all by each other within a 10 minute drive from my home. I’m extremely lucky that I have Sam’s club and Costco within driving distance from my job also. Regarding your stockpile and most likely going over your budget, I completely agree with you, regardless of what happens after the election, you and your family will not have to worry about heading out into the mess/chaos (if that happens-prayerfully nothing will).

Things happen. You are very good at what you do the rest of the year. I understand that when there is a good deal on something you can not pass it up. By me shoprite had arm & hammer laundry soap for .99 cents but you could only get 4 with loyalty card> With that deal I would have picked up more. Walgreens runs good deals on my soap bogo, 2:00 each some times.

If you increase the budget by 50 dollars and try to see if you come out in the end with 50 dollars left then you will know whether or not you need to have that extra money for each month's grocery budget / household good budget. That is what I would ask for and do if I had a large family to provide for.

Oh the flower at the end is so pretty, thanks Sara. It's hard to stay in budget. I am trying this month to stay at $200 that includes the dog food. I got my new offer from Anthem through Marketplace.. it went from $101 a month which was great to $275 a month exact same plan, hopefully my broker can find a better deal but ouch that is really crunching in to my spending amount after bills. I have to much assets to be elgible for Medicaid ( I'm on a widows survivor social security).
