@@agnidas5816 There are millions of people who eat meat who don’t get sick and millions who don’t eat meat who do get sick from coronavirus. If the answer was a simple as you were suggesting then there’d be a pretty simply solution. Unfortunately your answer is more or less bullshit. Yes, good diet helps against disease but it’s not the decider in who gets sick or not. It’s much more complicated than that because we still don’t know how to tell if someone will be severely compromised by covid as there are multiple factors involved - weight, diet, immune response, viral load, sex, ethnicity, age, comorbidities and many more. That is why a prophylactic, such as a vaccine is crucial.

ROM beyond function increases risk of injury. Yes, max. potential gains are reduced HOWEVER you should not get injured. This is adviced by doctors so I'd take that over what you think is good. If you want a big stretch, reduce load and do it since with that application it reduces your risk of injury. So, big load=reduced ROM & reduced risk of injury. no-load - low load = increased joints & ligament strength & reduced risk of injury.

@@fraxizztv6433 Short ROM is good for risk reduction with heavy load. Big ROM is good too for risk reduction but with no-load or light load. So ROM depends on the load experienced by the practionior and can thus vary ;) Golem is injured and Mr. Yes Sir is off-season and taking a break (maintenance-only). Makes sense that both went for low-risk while larry went with high-risk since he wants progress. Different goals thus different executions.

I think Golem plays on the 'injury' a tad so he can have a smaller range of motion on the smith machines. Because for a man of his size, doing free weight exercises he's not that strong, and wants the ego of 4-5 plates on a smith. We've all seen 'that guy' in the gym, that refuses to do barbell exercises so he can load up a smith machine for an ego trip. Andrew and Larry however, are freaking beasts.
