• Mozzarella -200 g
• Parmesan cheese - 100 g
• Bolognese sauce - 400 g
• Bechamel sauce - 600 g

Spread a thin layer over the entire surface of the sheet with Bechamel sauce, then spread the Bolognese sauce and level it out as well. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. And repeat this until the dishes are completely filled. Put the pasta last, smear with bechamel sauce and sprinkle liberally with parmesan cheese.
Put it in a preheated 180 ° C oven with convection mode for about 30 minutes.
Let the finished lasagna cool for 30 minutes.
