Welcome to my beginner hoop tutorial!
Today I'm teaching one of the foundational beginner hoop moves, essential for anyone starting their hoop journey. Lasso and tinkerbell are so important for spatial awareness and transitioning your hoop into different spaces around your body.
It might not seem like much but learning these skills now is so important as it builds confidence and muscle memory - and you'll find it easier to learn more advanced tricks as time goes on.
Always practice both ways and don't be annoyed when the hoop falls.
If you're really struggling, take a 10-20 minute break and then go back and try it again.
It helps your brain process what you've learnt and you'll often find something clicks when you go back to it.
