Great vid! Thanks for the tip. I recently upgraded to the same machine and the steam is waaay too powerful compared to my good ol reliable Breville. I’m getting frustrated with the way the milk comes out - too much bubbles. Will try this!

Awesome video, Angus. I found you in /r/espresso. I have the same machine but I'm not 100% satisfied with the texture I'm getting, sometimes is too foamy, sometimes is too liquid. Thanks for the tips!

Thanks for the comment! The machine is great and the steam power definitely packs a punch so it’s hard to judge how much air you inject sometimes. One extra second could make it way too thick! Hope you master it soon!
