this is exactly what I ate to loose weight. The only difference is that I hardly ate sugar, only one small piece of dessert once a week and increased my cardio workouts to 1 1/2 hours a day.

I love the fact it is Fall time because freezing chili or soup is an OK. Made your apple cider doughnuts over the weekend. Very yummy!!! I talk about you all the time in my vlogs. Most recently I mentioned how I didn't have a doughnut pan. So I made doughnut holes instead with my cake pop maker LOL You made those look so yummy I had to have them one way or another. Great ideas on meal planning def love you!!!

As a student, it's at times so hard to have a normal eating schedule (hence the freshman fifteen for many people), but I try to keep my breakfast and lunch under tight control, since I often don't have a clue what I'm doing with dinner (eating out, with friends, too tired/lazy to cook up something great etc). This was pretty helpful, still, thanks Laura!

I plan out my meals for about 3 days at a time since 7 days was too much for me. I had the same issues because there were unexpected days of eating out or I didn't have enough time to make what I planned. Most vegetables can last for a few days to a week in the fridge if you store them correctly.

This was incredibly helpful. I am anxious about an upcoming trip to the Netherlands where I will cohabitate with my boyfriend (of 4 years) for the next 2 months. We want to move in with one another but being from two different Countries creates some extra steps. : ) I've been living on my own for a long time and I am terrified my cooking skills don't come close to matching my Ma's or my little Sister's, but watching your show, seeing your tips, helps alleviate some of my anxiety. Thank-you. : )

ChibiAmore mentioned how you have elevated her cooking skills and I have to say the exact same thing for myself. Now when I cook for my friends and family, they are all blown away by my dishes. Hi Laura, Pro-tip: Do you shop regularly at the clearance/reduced section of your supermarket a lot? You can often find real bargains there, especially if you're willing to cook with them very soon, or freeze them. Most supermarkets have regular times when they reduce stuff, so getting to know your local shop can really pay off! I work at my local supermarket, so I have ready access to fresh meat, fish and veggies for 90% off - a shoulder of Welsh lamb for $1 for example. I love bargains :-)

Awww thank you Laura ! I loved this video ! My main problem in the kitchen is fresh food. There can be things that you have not planned during the week, your parents inviting you to eat diner, your friends asking you to come for lunch... If I plan every single meal in a week, how do I do if some of these things happen ? How do I deal with the fresh salad, fresh tomatoes and cucumber waiting in the fridge ? Because I can't just freeze salad.. Or should I plan differently? Thank you !
