You could be drinking so much water you are washing out your electrolytes, that can give low energy and cold sweats. Also low blood sugar can cause similar symptoms. You lose electrolytes when you sweat too. Good to have your Dr check. Congratulations on your win-you are inspiration!

That is absolutely true and thats why I salt my food and make sure I supplement in Magnesium and other minerals during these times :)! Very balanced bit true! :)

Your calves are beautiful, they perfectly fit your body. Every single part of your body is perfect. I wish I will look as good as you one day. I am working hard for it and you motivate me each day. You are absolutely perfect, I know lots of fitness models but you are on another level. Jennifer Dorie is amazing too. Do you know if everyone can grow these curvy hamstrings to create that round look from the side? If Lauralie doesn't respond, guys, is there anyone who knows it? Hardcore. I can't deal with the pain that the hip thrust machine is causing. It's literally crushing my hips no matter how many towels I use. I get bruised for days. I love the idea hate the execution. There has to be a better solution. I really believe there should be a machine that you lie under and the weight is over you not under. With heavy padding.
