I signed up for your online courses. These videos are great because you really give us simple ways to start playing actual songs. Many online resources seem to give basic lessons, but when it comes time for a song lesson, it often seems over-complicated to me (and often costs money.) You're at just the right speed, and showing us two different patterns is very helpful.

Very few people can do this song with justice, I know it seems just like another pretty song, but if you are from West Virginia or have family from there, it becomes personal. Two of my great-grandfathers were West Virginia coal miners, my grandmother and grandfather were both born in coal camps. So it is special. You did it good, thank you.
