I do keto so I can get ideas from you with this diet. i much prefer this content to the WW content you were doing. Your dedication to your health is a huge inspiration which is why I watch whether I can use your food content or not.

I have had really good results with IF. I feel more in control of my eating. There is food noise in the evenings, but I just remind myself how good I'll feel in the morning.

Respectly cut out bread,rice and any potatoes maybe it could help with your weight loss that was respectively sorry.are you doing something different just thinking.🤔ofcourse its your own,keep up the good work 👍

I agree. If this is a different diet or cleaner than you usually eat it makes sense but I struggle with the label of animal based. It seems to be just counting macros and trying to cut out processed foods and sugar. Many blessings on your journey.

Seems like too much bread. Maybe try a sprouted bread? Higher fibre, protein, and lower glycemic index. I save bagels, sourdough and other breads for occasional treats.
