Confidence derives from having already done something and gaining the confidence to do it again! Confidence doesn’t happen overnight, it takes time. Wether it’s confidence in yourself or your craft. From a self love content creator to another, you always know just what to say and how to say it Aileen. Loved it! 💜

Usually I would never write a comment but this video just gave me so much energy(back). Lately I`ve been stuck in this discomfort-situation, questioning myself if the next step is the right one and if I could manage. But your video told me to try, to worry less because there is always another day to come,to try again. So thank you. Know that there are people around the world who feel hugged by your words.

I've been having a hard time with a little bit of your advice lately (all of which has been well-intentioned for sure, just stuff I don't personally agree with), but I've gotta say... I'm really glad I watched this video. It's very well thought-out and you're really taking your time to explain each one. You really got me when you said "Treat people the way THEY want to be treated." This is SUCH thoughtful, empathetic advice that I really appreciated hearing. I suppose it's natural I wouldn't agree with absolutely everything someone says, so I'm really happy I stuck around for this one. I think I'm probably here to stay.
@tomomi88615 жыл бұрын
I totally agree with lots of what you said especially "Confidence comes from knowing" and the African proverb. I love this kind of videos. Looking forward to watching these more! I don't think the video is too long. For this kind of videos, it is the right length, not too long and not too short. By the way, I love your look in this video very much. The necklace matches the top very much!

These tips are exactly needed in my life right now especially the resilience one. I recently just failed a test- not a very big thing in many people's eyes. However, I was so unmotivated & unhappy with it, and it almost pushed me to burnout of my emotion. I want to go to my dream graduate school, and this test held me back mentally. Thank you for encourage me to refresh my mood and keep working on. Also, definitely the business advice!! As a business major, I am dying to know the tips before I go to the workplace.

Aileen..as I watched this I had a full blown insight into my life struggle at the moment..Thank you for this. As you spoke about comfort zone I reflected on a work scenario..Iv been sent to participate in an event for staff ..I'm quite new and honestly it's been really unsteady with staff leaving etc..a lot of unpredictability. I realized just now that the reason I'm really sad and anxious about going..is becos of so many painful experiences from my childhood..teen..young adult..of moving so much without proper notice or goodbyes..I remember just experiencing that there was no room for me to feel 'sad' or for my emotions..so I'm bawling now..maybe I can release this and be able to decide whether I want to go or not rather than 'run away' from these situations without knowing why!!. You are spot on about getting the information..which then gives you the confidence to make your final action to the desired 'thing'. For me I feel it gives me a grip on the climb..until I am finally able to take bigger actions..so breaking it all down. Wow..Thank you for this profound and simple reminder. Much love and peace..LIA

Treat other people the way they want to be treated and not the way you think you should! So important! But also remember that other people probably treat you the way they want to be treated and if this is not what you want, you should tell them loud and clear. What is obvious to us is not necessary obvious to other people 😊

This is all good in a personal relationship and even there I don't totally agree because I'm not a downer person and I can never tell my husband he is not good enough in a certain area without hurting myself. The same goes for my parents. Don't get me wrong I'll tell him when I dislike something but I'm not telling him that he doesn't clean the bathroom as well as I like it because he will just stop doing it. He doesn't handle that stuff well from me but when we talk about work stuff and I don't agree with what road he is taking then he listens and gets better... A person is composed of different things and what works for one area does not work for another. So I say always treat people with care and positiveness but be honest and say what you feel. That will always work when the other person cares about us. If he/she doesn't and is just negative just ignore or walk away because it's not a good relationship for you. And I know this can't be done in every relationship like family.

I needed this video desperately , all this while i thought i was happy n well contended in life but all in vain i wasnt. What i found out was my friend. why i wasnt happy was because she kept telling n saying things i dont want to hear n whenever she spoke her voice angered me idk why. Im not being mean. I'm just trying to understand people better n communicate with people better. Your videos are a bliss to watch n now i understand how i have been behaving with her , how her behaviour is reflecting toward me. The same way i treated her. Also words hurt sometimes , we should choose what we speak correctly. Mindset is quiet important. What we think reflects. Great video aileen. Love ya

My favorite was the one about being resilient. OMG, that just completely changed my way of thinking, and my future. In school theyve always told me that you can learn from your mistakes but I had never realized that I shouldnt be afraid of failure, I should be afriad of stopping myself from not trying. Thank you so much for opening my eyes and making me realize that failure is proof that I tried, and that as long as Im still breathing I still have more chances of succeding.

The first lesson was the most valuable for me right now. (The last lesson was a close second.) I am very content and at peace in my life currently, so sometimes I think "Hey, I'm happy so why not just live like this forever? Isn't the whole point of life to be happy?" But I am not doing anything. I haven't been being productive. I only do things that bring me pleasure. So I am really just comfortable because I haven't been doing anything difficult or challenging. I may be happy now, but if I look back on my life, I wouldn't be proud. I really needed to hear that there's a difference between living to be happy and living a life you're proud of. Thank you, Aileen ❤ The video wasn't too long for me. I was listening while putting on makeup 😊 Also, would like to hear about lessons and mistakes made in business. Maybe lessons first? Since it would go along with this video kinda. "Lessons I learned in Life" followed by "Lessons I learned in Business".

I love the first lesson which is to live a life you are proud of. I am striving for that as of late because I feel like I'm not doing enough to earn self-respect. Therefore, I'm trying to do hard things in my daily life even by doing simple tasks such as washing and folding my own clothes. Thank you for this video, Aileen! 💖

Dear Lavendaire, I love your videos and trust me they make my mornings better. My kind suggestion to you is sometimes when you speak with flow , you don’t realise that you repeat the same things which makes the content longer. Shorter videos are more faster to learn.
