Apparently the book is really creepy in general with how she tells her kids that their dead dad is following them around constantly, watching everything they do, even in private, which is a very unhealthy thought. She’s saying their dead dad is basically haunting them, and definitely engendering a feeling that they can’t relax and need to be hyper vigilant that they always "behave" or "dead dad will be angry!" There’s a difference between telling a bereaved child that their departed parent is benignly watching over them, and her book which implies that they’re being stalked by a ghost!

Most men still like using their hands. Women do backhanded things more hard to prove because they would need a man to be drunk or passed out to get the upper hand on him. Like the woman who suffocated her bf in a suitcase or the large woman who smothered a man in her chest at some trailer park, Donna Lange. Franziska Hansen tried to smoother with her breasts but the man survived to press charges. Other cases are out there, but the key is survivors or witnesses. I don't think breasts would leave marks or evidence for cause of death without a witness. The man might not even fight back to hard when sober.
