• Ingredients: pan-fried green onion flatbread
All-purpose flour 500g, 0:30,
Yeast 5 grams, 0:30,
Water 350 grams, 0:39,
One onion, 0:54,
• The above ingredients is enough to make 2 flatbread. Heat the pan on medium and low heat, brush some oil and put the raw flatbread in. Then brush some water on it, and sprinkle 2 to 3 spoons of water around it. Cover the lid and there will be steam inside, therefore the flatbread will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Please remember to shake the pan every minute, so that to prevent the flatbread from sticking to the bottom of the pan, as well as to make the flatbread get heated more evenly. Bake one side for about 4 minutes till it gets brown. Then brush some oil on it and turn it over. In total we bake it for 8-10 minutes, just till both sides get brown. Do not open the lid for a long time during the frying, so that the hot air could stay in the pan.
