Good point but it’s all a load of bullocks anyway. I just checked on the Warwickshire County Council website and this road (Rosefield Place) is listed as an adopted road, meaning the council is responsible for its upkeep, so definitely not a private road.

@@uktokers maybe getting in touch with who the traffic warden work for stating there were 4 car on double yellows plus one completely with all 4 wheels on the pavement, when brought to a traffic wardens attention she did nothing about it, I wouldn't mention at first that they where police vehicles n just see what they have to say about it, thats what I would do anyway, I'm not trying to tell him how to suck egg lol, 👍👍👍

That is called Rosefield Place, it has municipal streetlighting, drains, a British Telecom inspection manhole and the bollard at the end is the same ones everywhere else in the streetview. What is likely is that the traffic warden company have an operations area map and that's not on it. Aye they do have double yellows at Sainsbury but you'll notice private car parks have similar but not the same markings because there's very strict definitions as to what the lines and markings should be but private roads will have something like it.

@@AuditingBritain I think they have to.My understanding is that if a road is not on the list it is private. Some roads are unadopted by the local authority - often they have signs stating so. If you were visiting a town it would be handy to have the list on your phone. Keep up the great work.

That road has a name (Rosefield Place), no signs that say it's only an access road of the police station and the houses on the other side have their parking there. Also there's a dead end sign at Hamilton Terrace. Can it really be an access road belonging to the police station?

My understanding is that police, fire and ambulance don’t pay road tax on their vehicles & are exempt from parking fines even if an emergency vehicle is issued a ticket. I personally think they should be issued parking fines.

They closed down the police station in my town but opened a shop as a kind of information office for the public which, by the way, is closed as well due to Covid-19. Right opposite this shop is the Probation Service with double yellow lines outside and even signs saying No Parking at any time. Quite frequently there are two police cars parked directly underneath the sign. I once questioned a traffic warden about that and she told me that the police were given permission by our elected but completely useless Mayor to park up to two vehicles there.

You know EVERYONE has some type of problem with anxiety and depression.... And if they have a problem with being filmed they should not go outside. Were cctv is watching you all day long. You can't say I am depressed don't film me that is not valid, you cannot say I have anxiety and I'm worried about being filmed. Granted its not nice to have these symptoms but if that is the case you cannot put blame on other people for a problem that is your own. It's like saying I have cancer, so you shouldn't smoke. Or I have liver poisoning, but it makes me feel upset because your drinking. I am depressed, so you can't be happy. Get what I'm saying?
