You are my spirit animal! Haha 💜 adore you and your workouts. Going on almost 1 year I have been doing at least 1 of your workouts weekly. I have been most consistant in your older arms video workout, about 2 times a week and I can honestly say my arms are the best they have ever looked. Thank you!!!!!!!! Love this new inner thigh video also.

I might try to replicate some of the exercises with momentum and symmetry on an agility ladder. I like how you start doing a frog stretch at 7:00.

Could you do a workout for hamstrings? Whenever I try a leg workout I only feel it in my quads? 💚

Her flexibility-videos are really great! But she has some pretty cool excercises (short videos) on her instagram too, which helped me a lot with hip flexibility (because mine sucks^^)!
