I have been most consistant in your older arms video workout, about 2 times a week and I can honestly say my arms are the best they have ever looked. Thank you!!!!!!!! I might try to replicate some of the exercises with momentum and symmetry on an agility ladder. I like how you start doing a frog stretch at 7:00.

Her flexibility-videos are really great! But she has some pretty cool excercises (short videos) on her instagram too, which helped me a lot with hip flexibility (because mine sucks^^)!
