I think it's great that you also have one where there are "abnormalities." It's incredibly important to normalize, and for women and girls to know that it happens and it's nothing to feel ashamed of. E.g. yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, etc, are super normal.

I would love to see a doctors visit for endometriosis, I know that you can only get a definite diagnosis with a biopsy via laparoscopy unless the lesion is so superficial it can be easily accessed for a biopsy, which it was surprisingly my case I have a endo lesion right in my navel, my obgyn only needed local anesthesia to extract some tissue (and she also got a swab bc it was bleeding at the time) from that lesion to confirm it is endometriosis, and after a month and a half (idk how much time it takes in your country, but here in Brazil it takes quite a long time) I got the biopsy results and it was all positive for endometriosis (I also went through exams such as MRI with contrast agent and ultrasound, both abdominal and pelvic ones)... I still need to do the laparoscopy to confirm all the other spots caught both in the ultrasound and MRI, unfortunately this surgery isn't the most accessible thing here, especially bc I'm about to turn 25 and some doctors say I'm "too young" to get that surgery (at this point this comment became kind of a vent) Idk, maybe it would be a interesting video idea, not only for ASMR but also for awareness purposes, it would be lovely... Thank you so much in advance, I loved your channel and your videos so much, best ASMR channel YT has recommended me in a long time 🥺💕

Here are the results of the exam: Left breast: A benign fibroadenoma, just keep an eye on it Vaginal test and pap test: Mild Bacterial Vaginosis and normal pap test. No Trichomoniasis, Gonorrhoea, Chlamydia, or other STIs including HIV or AIDS. Abdominal: Small hernia, no need to worry. Will go away on its own

The word odor has been associated with something bad. Your vagina is supposed to have a slight odor… it shouldn’t smell like flowers because it’s an organ. A strong odor isn’t necessarily bad, but it could mean something is wrong so it’s important for you gynecologist to tell you these things. There’s nothing wrong with it

You are allowed to keep your socks on. You can also request a full blanket if they don't automatically give one. My OBGYN just gives me a paper sheet. I get my annual done in the winter so I just cover myself with my coat until the doctor comes in
