Our first course under 'MUDDY MUSCLES' aims to promote Traditional Indian Vyayam Culture by sharing some of the basic and advanced bodyweight exercises which are widely used in traditional wrestling (Kushti) and also different Indian Martial Arts for Strength and Endurance Training.
These exercises are known to be very effective because they work on strength and flexibility at the same time. The practitioners of these arts are usually Martial Artists and hence the exercises aim for Functional Fitness, Mobility, and Explosiveness.
In this playlist, you will see 16 videos which are detailed tutorials of sixteen different Indian Traditional Exercise moves. (plus one quick combo video for revision purposes)
Here, the first 9 videos are nine different variations of DAND ( Indian Push-ups)
the next 6 videos are BAITHAK & SAPATE (Indian Squats & Burpees).
The Last video (16th ) is a combination of all these desi exercises arranged in a beautiful manner like a single FLOW DRILL. this combination allows you to do a FULL BODY HIGH-INTENSITY DESI WORKOUT in just about 60 seconds .
none of these exercises require any equipment, all you need is your body and a little flat space on the ground.
however, if you think that learning the combination is hard. it is still a win-win situation because you can focus on the exercises individually as given in the first 15 videos.
but we would still recommend that you spend some time and effort in learning these moves in the provided order and arrangement because the mental and physical challenge in mastering these moves will end up GIVING YOU A NEW LEVEL OF MASTERY OF YOUR OWN BODY.
