Ill be in practice soon, after ankle recovery, was doing 6k jumps in 1:30hr, just boxer skip, single jump.. watching this makes me wanna start working on thoose jumpings

@@PowerMonkeyFitness Why did you have them using the beaded ropes? Especially since they're already pros at DUs. It seems like it would be harder to learn and do the DUX with those ropes! If they were using PVC or wire speed ropes, wouldn't it have been easier? Just wondering. I suck at DUs with any rope (I think), btw! Thank you!
