Hello Dear Sir, Sir mera tibial implant howa tha 22 months ho gye hn, screw infection ho gya tha 3 months post operation at distal end ek screw khud hi bahir aa gya tha jb k dosra 2 months baad operate kar k nikal dya tha, infection time to time phir b ho jata tha, antibiotic use karo to control rehta tha, puss aur blood ata ha ab b screw point sy jo khud bahir aya tha, doctor keh rahe hn nail remove kara do,but may be ye infection theek na ho nail removal k baad b, kia tariqa hoga infection ko eliminate krne ka? Please suggest me best possible solutions! Thanks.
