Thanks Natasha - another great video. We’re slowly making our way through the series.. Lucy (7) has named her anxiety “Fuzzy” (after reading ‘Hey Warrior’!) and her OCD “Mr Bossy”, and Lily (4) has “Worry Cloud” and “Mr Bossy”. The issue of not wanting me to talk about her anxiety and ocd with others is a big one atm. We have now come up with a code name and signal, so hopefully that helps stop mum from embarrassing her!
