Konnichiwa Sensei, I've been watching your videos for the past 10 days to learn Japanese. Hands down, it will remain the best language tutorial for Japanese on KZbin. I have a doubt. At 5:46, isn't it: I went home from school on foot. Gakkou kara uchi e aruite kaerimashita I hope you see my message :) Domo Arigato Gozaimazu Sensei...:)
@gh0stlux10 ай бұрын
Hi, I know I'm not the Sensei you asked for, but I believe I know the answer to your question! I learned very recently that the verb "kaeru/kaerimasu/kaerimashita" already has the subcontext of "returning HOME" in it, so there's no need to say [uchi e] as it is already implied that the destination is >home< without it!
