yes that's why u should always get ropes that's meant for ur height or adjustable ones

Amateur Tip: Using a 1/2 lbs or 1-lbs heavier rope helped me get the release!

I got a good one off Amazon, the brand is called “Do hard things” it’s adjustable and they have beaded or pvc for a good price. I got a 3 pack rope with a 4,5,6 mm pvc rope for speed too
