Redid this again as I needed a refresher. It was easier doing a left V step merry-go-round, but now I can do from both sides. Practice...practice...practice.

I love when you teach us more complicated moves! You are such a super teacher!! Love your patient instruction. I have spinal stenosis and am in pain every day when I move, but I keep trying although I have a hard time keeping up with your faster paced workouts.

Those pants with the lines are kinda cool. Women have the coolest workout clothes. And thanks for showing this. I started a video recently that had this move early in the choreography and I always have trouble when moves require you to turn around. This was much needed for me!

Omg, I finally got it! I kept thinking i would eventually just get it during a regular class but it wasn’t happening. Five minutes into the tutorial i had it. Why didn’t I do this a long time ago? Thank you for your tutorials!

Thought I'd use this as a warm-up today. At first I was like Louie at 3:07 , just staring at you intently trying to absorb. By the end I was confident in the move, whirling around and ready to move on to step class #269 with Franny Fine! Good teachin, Coach.

This tutorial was very helpful. I'd love if you'd demonstrate at least once with your back towards us. When doing classes and tricky moves were introduced, I'd always watch a more experienced stepper in front of me to make sure I was on the right footing and turning the right way.

Except I finally figured out when you show us from the back we need to remember you're doing mirror image, so the back footage is the opposite. Worked great once I let my feet lead instead of my eyes/brain!

Thanks for the tutorial. I finally got it but had to realize that I needed to take bigger steps and kind of really pick my feet up, like doing a curl.

this video was great. I figured out that the count was throwing me off when we did it in class. When you do an 8-count, the beginning the V step is on the 1-2 beat, but in the middle, the V is on the 7-8 beat. It was easier for me to think about it as a 6-count move. V-step on the 1-2, 4 steps. V-step on the 1-2, 4 step. (Then just a regular V-step gets everyone doing an 8-count merry go round on the same foot.) LOL. file under silly mind games. :) Now Ill go back and do that class that I quit because I felt so awkward on the MGR step.

Thanks so much for the message!! If you like step, sure you can do it everyday. Depending on your fitness goals, I recommend doing three days a week of weight training
