I do float serve aggressively, steps wrong but still managed to send it over to opponents' side. but when I'm focusing on the ball, I am worried about like stepping on the line.

I would say just start a little further back so you don’t worry about stepping on the line

The same thing with me lol 😅. I usually do low serve and I can do it well if Im passing the ball to the opponent. But when im actually servicing, the ball flies sideways

If you hit with the middle of the palm of your hand and keep the palm of your hand really firm and tense the ball should bounce off it like it would from your forearm and follow the forward trajectory of your hand

A good float makes a thud sound instead of a slap

If you’re struggling to get power in your serve make sure you’re really making most of your step into the ball, but make sure you are contacting it slightly in front of you and not behind your head or directly above it. If you are a beginner make sure you are not making a common mistake for serving which is not fully bringing your arm back. You may need to try and toss higher if you don’t have the time to. Your arm should be as far back as possible and elbow slightly angled downwards to the point you feel your back muscles engaged. And last thing is try and make sure your swing is fluid. In volleyball some incredibly lanky people have insane power despite not having much muscle, they can achieve this because when they swing their arm it is like a whip. Translating all the force they generate from the moment they twist their core, into progressively smaller muscles like the ones controlling their shoulder, their triceps and forearm.
