Are you able to detach? If so, tell me how you've done it 👇

Sorry to bombard your channel with so many comments in a short space of time, I just have so much to say with someone I resonate with a lot. I'm currently doing some therapy for my inner child at the moment, learning to nurture some wounds from my dad in childhood. Detaching from a person who I thought I had a connection with was very difficult but I got to the point where I deconstructed the majority of the behaviour from her and how I acted in it, and don't take their own behaviour or how I acted personally anymore, just as a learning tool to understand myself more. It was very helpful for me to see it from a birds eye view. I'm stuck in my own head, in my own world, in my own perspective no matter what I do, so making friends with myself and realising all the growth I had made had lead me to be more attached to myself in a healthy way, and be much less attached to my previous relationship. We can't forget our pasts, but we can change how we see the interactions with others and get new insights into what it all meant.

I have a question, are you doing the make up to avoid awkwardly talking to the camera with nothing to do? 🤣 or is this an efficiency thing? Either way, I find it interesting, not sure if you've thought about that. Cheers!

@@joshy2joshy haha I find it a lot easier to get words out when I'm distracted with something, otherwise I sometimes forget what I want to say. But it's definitely an efficiency thing as well 😅

@@KarolinaWrites Haha I love that. I have to do the same... xD (not make up but other things) like (making a coffee, cooking, eating, cleaning, music, running a bath, organising) all at the same time.
