This video will show you everything you need to learn to swim. You will learn the basics of swimming in step-by-step tutorial.
In fact, learning to swim is not hard. It requires correct swimming exercises and your desire to learn swimming. In this swimming tutorial, everyone will learn to swim correctly, from beginner to advanced swimmer who has not been practicing swimming competitively.
So How will you learn to swim?
Firstly, you will get rid of fear of being in the water. You will achieve this by doing first exercise. By doing it without swimming goggles, you will be ready for any stressful situation which can happen in the future. After this exercise, you will be confident.
Most of beginners want to start swimming freestyle as soon as they start the learning process. However, you should firstly learn basic skills of swimming and only then start swimming freestyle.
For the second exercise, we will put the entire head in the water and then relax legs. You main task will be to imagine that you are flying in space. This will help you to relax in the water and learn swimming.
Buoy and star exercises will help you to learn floating in the water and relax you body. Every Olympian performed these swimming drills, so do them and you will gain essential skills for swimming.
Many swimmers ask "How to learn swimming?". It is not a one day process. However, if you consistently perform this exercises, you will be able to swim in couple weeks. So, try your best and let us know how much time it took.

im an adult and i basically learnt swimming in 4 weeks (breaststroke & water treading) all by myself just by going to the pool once every week and watching youtube tutorials to correct my mistakes when im home. The first time i was able to swim 1 lap across the pool it felt absolutely incredible. I feel like i have an advantage as an adult as i basically have zero phobia of going into the deep ends since i'm tall enough and i know that i will be fine as long as i stay near to the edge of the pool so that i can grab onto it should anything happen. And yeah, one of the most important about swimming is that you'll have to stay relaxed and not be tensed when in the water. learning how to tread water first before learning the strokes was also helpful too.

At the 1st day, my teacher seems quite hopeless cause i kept drowning no matter how hard he try to helped. Thought i will never able to float. And then i went home, searched on youtube and saw this video. I've watched it 3 or 4 times to remember. And then today, i finally can float after just about 5 minutes go to the water. And my teacher said that it was a huge improvement. Thanks you guys alot for making these amazing videos.

I was sat at my desk watching this vid with butterflies in my stomach thinking about going to the pool in an hour (I forced myself to book a pool slot because I'm trying to learn after years of not being able to swim) within an hour in the pool I was comfortably away from the walls and able to do short lengths of swimming! It's good to see a channel actually talk about the importance of the air in the lungs. So many channels talk about laying "on" the water. They don't have a clue what they're talking about. Also as a side note: I've taught for 14 years and can confirm it's much easier to teach someone who's a complete beginner and willing to learn the BASICS. It's so much harder to teach someone that has picked up bad habbits over the years.

I have watched and read articles about swimming and never could have confidence that the lessons shown were enough to improve my Technique. Typically - I would swim 4-6 25M lengths and gas out all the time. I’d be so fatigued that I could only do that 1-2-3 times and I was wrecked / busted ! This LESSON that when the lungs is without air the body sinks and creates drag is the Information I was looking for. I always new I needed to improve the breathing technique but it felt pointless because I was so exhausted in the water. This is an EXCELLENT Lesson. THANKS. 🙏

Tbh a mistake I always make is closing my eyes in water even though I can do it because I sometimes forget to open my eyes. I ended up starting to lose my breath and I realized I was 1 foot away from the side and then I end up feeling embarrassed. BRUH

Difference between a dude telling you some things and a real good Coach is the deep understanding and sense for the important little details. I learnt so many sports in my life and it was always the same. Most coaches are simply not good while being full of themselves. missing the most important details. And you only become mediocre with them. This guy here knows how to coach.
