Hi Dan!! You had already explained the methods on determining the velocity If hyperbola cannot be detected on the ground. However, can we estimate the velocity at varying depth from ground waves only using common offset survey method. If yes, can you explain me please..

I’ve been using mala gpr but not getting satisfactory results... now we are planning to but another machine... do u think by changing the brand we can improve our results... also i use fijitecom cable and pipeline locator along with gpr so can we consider it as a complimentary em locator..?
@Learngpr5 жыл бұрын
What are you using the mala for? It often is a good system, but if you are not getting results you hoped for, then you might want to check out proceq for concrete work. You could check out sensors and software or leica geosystems for utility or subsurface investigations. Its definitely goodnto use complimentary tools...great job! Keep it up!

I would also add, make sure you have had proper training. No matter how good the tool is if you don't know how to use it to it's full potential you won't be getting the most out of it.
