I have to disagree on a couple points. High reps of exercise will increase endurance in those muscles. The heavy lifting can contribute to some extra power output when you run. But will agree might not be the best thing because muscle will weigh you down as well, well to much of it. Keep up the good content jake ✌️

For the squats , do you do all the sets with the same amount of weight or do you add weights along the way during the workout

Same weight after the warm up sets. You want to fail on last rep of the last set

So you can still hit heavy squats during a running cycle? Just keep the volume low but weight and intensity high?

YUP ... you may have to cut out Wednesday SPEED work but put a 3 mile in its place.. heavy Monday after speed and Friday after speed but only if you are running slow

Should be careful about showing guys like this on yt. It makes it difficult for them to do Intelligence work in the future or makes them a potential soft target before they're aware of counter intel/opsec if they end up doing something else that's sensitive particularly if it's technical in nature later on.
